FELINE DENTAL

How much worse is it for your cat - if you can smell it, she can taste it! Hardly any cats will let their owner brush their teeth, never mind brushing their teeth themselves!

Encouraging your cat to chew on chicken necks goes a long way towards dental and oral health. The new cat foods such as Waltham Dental S/O, Hills Prescription T/D biscuits and several other dried foods help to clean your cat's teeth while they eat.

Even so, 85% of cats end up with periodontal and other diseases of the teeth by the time they are 3 years old! So it is very likely your feline companion is going to need a trip to the veterinarian for dental work.

At the Cat Clinic, we do most of the things that can be done for a cat's teeth - including bringing in a veterinary dentist to do root canal work! Most cats only need routine dental attention however, and usually under a full anaesthetic and all done here at the Cat Clinic.

Once it is all over, your cat's breath will go from fishy and foetid to fantastic! And your cat is going to feel so much better!

Book now on 9417 6613 for a general health check and dental assessment with our Cat Vets and the Cat Clinic! it could save your cat from oral pain and deep infections, and it definitely helps you to get closer!
