Dr Kim graduated last century, and has seen many things change. However, cats have not evolved much in thaat time! So while the methods and materials - such as medications, supplements, ointments andflea potions - have changed, the cats themselves still show up with the same cattley problems as they always have. The trick to master, in fact, is matching the mediication to the cat AND the owner!

Dr Kim likes cats, and their owners, and will take the time to talk you through any options for your cat. She knows that YOU know YOUR CAT and what tell-tale signsof illness they are showing. Your consultation will be booked for 30 minutes, so she can be thorough, and so the waiting room is never crowded!

Most of Dr Kim’s expertise resides in her hands, her ears, eyes and memory bank! But checking feline blood pressure, and getting urine and blood samples gives critical linformation about your cats ‘inner health’ and all these are done with you in the consulting room - it makes your cat feel better even if you might feel a bit squeamish!

Of course, there is no such thng as a ‘routine vaccination’ with Dr Kim Cat Vet. Every feline she attends gets her full attention and a full health check. Usually followed by a discussion of litter tray issues, eating and drinking habits, nutritional (obesity!) advice, dental issues, furcoat health, nail trimming and all the maintencance issues. Including activity and agility level - Dr Kim figured out long ago that cats get arthritis - and even as young as 3 years old, 30% of cats have now been shown to have arthritis!
