Cats’ noses are nearly as sensitive as a dog’s nose and a cat’s perception of the world is more about ‘smell patterns’ than visual pictures. Their eyes – though fabulous in the dark – are not so much use during the day or for distance perception. Read more

Dara the Sumatran Tigress
We’ve had several people ask for an update on Dara, the three-year-old female Sumatran tigress many of you have all been supporting. Dara, you may remember, was trapped in a wire loop trap in Sumatra.
